I am passionate about creating training solutions that not only impact the company’s bottom line, but impact lives in immeasurable ways. While my training solutions are designed with the intent of achieving a business goal, improving the learner’s life is always the most satisfying outcome.
I believe that businesses can achieve a greater return on investment by using technology to improve the efficiency of training initiatives. My goal in the Educational Technology program at San Diego State is to improve my skills and marketability in the field of Instructional Systems Design.
